Marina Moonshadow’s womanifesto
I am all, and I am nothing.
I am She who was here at the beginning of time, and I am She who will be
here at the end.
I am not solely a woman, I am a mother, a daughter, a sister.
I am a poet, an artist, a writer, a radical, a priestess.
I scorn all patriarchs for their false visions and truths.
I dream my own dreams and shape my own vision of life.
I love all life, I love women, I love men.
I carry children inside my womb and I am blessed cause of it.
I bleed every month and I celebrate my moonflow.
I chose sexual autonomy and my cunt gives me mind-changing exctasy. I follow
my bodily rhythms and I dance with the seasons every minute of the
day.
I hold a lot of anger in my heart, I use it to fuel my revolution. I cry
many tears, I cry for those who have been oppressed and still are
oppressed,
I cry for those who are forgotten, for whom no tears have been shed. I ask
old women to share with me their wisdom, I dig in the earth for traces
of my lost pagan roots.
I oppose all destruction of our Mother Earth, I oppose patriarchy in all
its
ugliness.
I am a woman of freedom, I am a human, I am an expression of the organic
earth’s matter and spirit.
I can never die cause I belong in the great cycle of Life.
I work for the freedom of women, children and men. We are all captives in
the snare of patriarchy.
I live in the far north but my love extends to the south, the west and the
east.
I say as the ancient Godess: I have breast, therefor I am.
