A note for those of you outside the United States: Due to a combination of the new consumer "protection" laws that just got passed and increases in postal rates, I now need to charge a pretty hefty shipping fee for books shipped to international addresses. Believe it or not, it costs me $17.00 in postage & bank fees to mail one of my books to Canada. If you're not up for paying that, I totally understand, and would recommend picking up your copy from your local independent bookstore.
